Summary:
We are seeking a full time, seasonal Quality Control Technician.
This position will be responsible for sampling and testing raw materials (asphalt and aggregates).
While the selected individual will work in the field at various locations throughout Northwest Ohio and Southeast Michigan, most of the travel will be to locations in Sandusky, Erie, Lucas, and Ottawa counties.
Travel and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends, during the season is required.

Qualifications:
Excellent mathematical abilities (weights and measurements) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Dependable transportation and acceptable driving record Prior quality control experience in a construction or manufacturing environment highly desirable.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
