Full-Time Accounting Clerk Hours:
32 hours / week (May to September) - 40 hours / week (October to April) O/T as necessary (Approximately 125 hours during tax season) REQUIREMENTS:
Proficient in Quickbooks (1 year experience) Working knowledge of payroll processing and filing government reports Well versed in Outlook, Excel, Word Can efficiently multi-task Detail oriented with attention focused details to avoid errors Ability to work with the public High School Diploma DUTIES:
Answers telephone, meets and greets visitors and assist in other clerical functions Reconcile various expenditure reports to source documents Assists in preparation of financial reports Using bookkeeping databases, spreadsheets and software Entering debits and credits into software accurately Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
